DDC-1786: find(null) throws an ORMException #2244

Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

After upgrading doctrine from 2.0 to 2.2.2 I found following backward compatible break:
Following throws an ORMException missingIdentifierField. This should return null as in 2.0
$this->_em->getRepository('Entities\Customer');
$repository->find(null);
$repository->findById(null); is working correctly.

This BC break was necessary, sorry its not documented. I updated the UPGRADE_TO_2_2 document.
