Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

When using a cloned PersistentCollection (with the Symfony2 Form component, for example) when orphanRemoval is enabled, the cloned PersistentCollection will tell the UOW to schedule orphan removal.
I am working on a test and a fix, posting so i get an issue number to use.
