The third is probably older.
Shouldn't the chapter name be displayed as link text by default?? Are you sure that everything is set up correctly with the parser?

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
