We should remove UnitOfWork->flush() inside the Query class and document clearly the adverse effects that can happen.

Its much better peformance wise this way around and people shouldn't get into trouble.

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
