Philip Olson d5c708634f Moved exif functions out of ref.image and into new ref.exif, added appropriate files. 
Modified all exif docs to use new refsect1/reftitle syntax.

Philip Olson d5f8dfbf70 Restructured these docs as it was kind of messy (for example the See Also
